Horse Feathers is our largest active volunteer and participant group at the farm. It is three years old. Horse Feathers is a animal assisted therapy group that meets once a week to teach driving and horsemanship skills. The group includes small animal assisted learning, and has an active gardening group as well.

Our veteran volunteers have become active in many areas of the farm. Especially bonding with, and working with our older sanctuary animals. And helping out with other areas of therapeutic horsemanship. Not to mention the wonderful help our Veterans give us during our annual fundraisers.

The Horse Feathers group is entirely funded out of contributions. No charge is assessed to any member.
