Volunteering can be a fun and rewarding adventure here at Ray of Light Farm! We have many areas of farm life for which you can volunteer: all the basic barn chores such as mucking stalls, cleaning and filling water buckets, moving hay, feeding and watering small animals, property and grounds maintenance (which includes landscaping, fixing things, etc), docents for tours of the farm, assisting with therapeutic riding, etc. We also have many office related volunteer opportunities. Help is also needed with our annual events and fundraisers, childrens programs, and SO MUCH more. Please reach out to us with your interests!

Our volunteers come from all walks of life, ages, skills and experiences. We are currently accepting a limited amount of new volunteers, ages 14 years and older.

We do our very best to personalize your volunteer experience from the time you come meet us for the very first time, to filling your application, through volunteering at the farm. As far as we are concerned, this is all a team effort! We are all a big family here, and cannot wait for you to be a part of it!
