Ray of Light Farm offers a therapeutic assisted horsemanship program for participants who may be less able bodied. These lessons are given by a PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) certified instructor.

Participants will be scheduled first for an assessment to check core strength, stability, ability to follow directions, weight and behaviors. A signed release is required by the participant, legal guardian or case manager where it applies. Pertinent medical information must be provided. Assessments and the farm introduction will take up to forty five minutes.

Depending on the participants assessments and goals, lessons could be either mounted, or unmounted.
